Today's scribbler is Amaia Arrazola, an illustrator from Barcelona. While reading her bio I learnt that "serigraphy" is another word for screen-printing. Really? Well I'll be damned. That does roll off the tounge nicer. And in other news! Amaia was featured in the new colouring book my mates at DA put together, over here.
She also did a drawing-a-day project called Amaia was here, where she spent seven months strolling around Barcelona trying to "read the lips of the people who were chatting far away, trying to understand their glances". It's a nice look!
